AI Foundations

AI Foundations is the recommended starting point for individuals and teams that are new to AI or have only used it casually.
The session builds the habits that make everything else possible: giving context, briefing clearly, working iteratively, using source material, controlling outputs and checking the result.

AI Intermediate

AI Intermediate is for people who are comfortable with the foundations and want to use AI across larger, more repeatable pieces of work.
The focus shifts from individual prompts to better working systems, reusable context and workflows that support everyday productivity.
